Will be speaking at."Act on the Comprehensive Promotion of Labor Measures and the Stabilization of Employment and Improvement of Working Life for Workers" (abbreviated as "Labor Measures Comprehensive Promotion Act") was made mandatory for all companies including small and medium-sized enterprises from April 1, 2022.
In light of the fact that the law was amended to include provisions on preventing power harassment, it is now commonly referred to as the "Power Harassment Prevention Act".
