In recent years, as the problems faced by organizations have become more complex, it is urgent for organizations to develop strong teams that can achieve results.
Human Science Co., Ltd. offers training services aimed at improving team and individual introspection through problem-solving sessions that focus on "questions" and "reflection".
In teams of 4-5 people, we work together to think about "what is the essence of the problem" and "what are the solutions to solve it" for the problem presented by one team member. The overall progress and reflection of the session will be supported by a coach.
