Background, Challenges Before Implementing Totara Learn

We used another company's LMS, but the content creation function was limited.
There was no function to link user IDs and passwords, so we had to issue IDs and passwords just for the LMS.
We used Moodle at the university to create some content. We needed to manage training for all employees, such as medical safety and infection control.
We decided to introduce Totara Learn, which is based on Moodle and allows us to manage training.
