We will be exhibiting at "Human Capital 2017" held at Tokyo International Forum from June 28 (Wed) to 30 (Fri), 2017.
Human Science's booth is located in the Education and Training Zone [269].
As an effort to solve challenges for individuals and organizations using ICT and to revitalize organizations,
・Organizational attractiveness diagnosis, various awareness surveys corresponding to training courses
・Providing training programs centered on improving reflection skills and inverted learning
・Planning and development of customized training programs
・Learning support tools such as Habi*do to continue growth

Many managers struggle with team members' motivation and teams that are not functioning well. In this session, we will introduce three things that Human Science has implemented through a new business launch, along with the theoretical background of "people," "organizations," and "systems."

Early development of new employees is an essential management issue for many companies.
Inputting knowledge through cramming often leads to a lack of retention. Our new employee training service utilizes e-learning during the pre-employment period, allowing individuals to learn at their own pace. During the group training after joining the company, we focus on exercises and case studies to apply the knowledge learned and solidify it. We will introduce our new employee training service using the "flipped learning style".
