About Human Resource Development in the DX Era: Considering the Transformation of Japanese Companies Based on Overseas Trends [Seminar] (2/7)

Recently, Digital Transformation (DX) has been gaining a lot of attention in Japan. In the field of human resources, various HRTech services have been released, and it seems that they are contributing to efforts towards DX.
However, many of these services are focused on recruitment, attendance, and salary, such as HRMOS, SmartHR, and freee, and there are not many new services related to talent development. As a result, HR departments may still be continuing with traditional talent development methods such as group training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
According to Deloitte's "Global Human Capital Trends 2019", the survey results have shown a shift towards prioritizing talent development over recruitment. And it is believed that one of the key players in future talent development will be the next-generation LMS, also known as LXP (Learning Experience Platform).
In Japan, it may not be a word that you hear often, but overseas companies such as Workday and Cornerstone are starting to expand their functions similar to LXP.
How should Japanese companies incorporate such active trends from overseas? In this seminar, in the age of DX,
