Denso International Asia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DIAT) was planning to revamp their training with the aim of improving compliance awareness across the entire group.
Previously, training was conducted face-to-face or in webinar format via Microsoft Teams, but they sought a different educational style to better establish awareness.
As a result, the policy was decided to distribute easy-to-understand and friendly 5-minute animation videos every month, and the introduction of the tool "Vyond," which allows easy production of training videos, was considered. Vyond is suitable for creating training videos incorporating animation expressions because it can quickly produce videos by combining templates, characters, backgrounds, and more.
However, it was necessary to proceed with video production in parallel with the introduction, and the following challenges were faced.
<Pre-Implementation Challenges>
・Training materials were mainly text-based, making them difficult to understand
・To quickly establish a training distribution system, it was necessary to proceed with Vyond implementation and video production simultaneously
・There was no prior experience ordering from a production company, causing concerns about effectively sharing the final image
・Multilingual deployment beyond Japanese and English was a mandatory requirement
Reasons for Choosing Human Science
Since it was necessary to proceed with monthly video production in parallel with the introduction of Vyond, and there were concerns about how to use it as the scheduled release date approached, they contacted Human Science.While searching for a company that could produce corporate training content using Vyond, they evaluated our production track record and support system and entrusted us with the project.
<Production and Delivery>
Within about two months from the initial inquiry, versions in five languages—Japanese, English, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian—were produced.
The scenario and its translations were created by DIAT, and our company quickly turned them into videos based on the completed image.
During the production period, we conducted Vyond operation lectures and also transferred know-how toward in-house production.

By limiting the amount of text on the screen, the videos became easy to understand regardless of language.
This was our first attempt at educational videos using Vyond, but it was well received by the participants, and we were able to confidently start producing monthly series videos."

Vyond allows even first-time users to create videos in a short period using templates, but mastering detailed direction and composition requires practice.
In this project, considering the situation immediately after introduction, we provided operation lectures alongside production outsourcing to support smooth in-house production.
Human Science leverages its extensive experience in training videos and e-learning production to support not only "creating" but also "mastering the use" of these tools. We hope to continue serving as a partner in corporate training through both video production and in-house production going forward.
