Report on ATD ICE 2016 and Key Points for Curriculum Planning and Design Utilizing Learning Technology (7/13)

I will be speaking at the "EBA Special Co-hosted Seminar: Video Manuals That Can Be Created In-House" to be held on March 1, 2017 (Wednesday) at Ritsumeikan Umeda Campus.
Videos, such as manuals and e-learning, are already being widely utilized, but we have received many voices of concern, such as: they were created in-house but are not being used much, they took more time than expected, the costs were high but the effects are not felt, and so on. In this seminar, we will clearly introduce the key points for creating scripts that serve as the basis for videos and animations! On the day, we will provide tools for creating e-learning scripts, including immediately usable teaching materials and design sheets. We look forward to your participation.

Hideyuki Shimauchi

- Graduated from Ritsumeikan University with a degree in Business Administration in 1996 and joined Orix Corporation. Engaged in venture investment operations at Orix Capital's Osaka branch since 2002. Became a group leader in 2006 and managed the Osaka branch as a proxy for the branch manager stationed in Tokyo for one year starting in 2008. Completed an MBA at Kobe University Graduate School of Business Administration in 2004. Published "Fundraising from Venture Capital" through Chuokeizai-sha in 2006 (2nd edition in 2008, 3rd edition in 2012). Established Entrepreneur Factory Co., Ltd. in 2009 and became the representative director, offering consulting and custom corporate training. Has been a lecturer at Ritsumeikan University's Faculty of Business Administration since the same year. In 2012, started a project to create and disseminate excellent management knowledge as digital content by establishing a video studio at the headquarters.
