There are no restrictions. You can register as many as you want within the disk space limit.
QCan we request the installation of Moodle since our company procures hardware such as servers and delivers them to customers?
Yes, we can. We can work on-site, but most of the work is done remotely by accessing and building Moodle.
QHow many people can use it simultaneously? I am considering using it for over 200 people...
Human Science offers an operational package service designed for simultaneous use by approximately 200 people.
If the number of simultaneous users is around 200, there is no limit on the number of registered users.
However, if more than 200 people use it simultaneously, the response speed of the LMS may slow down.
Additionally, when installing on the customer server, it may vary depending on the environment and conditions. We provide proposals based on the number of users and conditions, so please feel free to consult with us.
QI have no experience using Moodle, but will I be able to utilize it?
Our company provides support services to help customers utilize Moodle effectively. We offer assistance through usage seminars, manuals, inquiry support, and help desk services. We also provide operational and utilization support only. Please feel free to contact us for more details.

QWhen watching the materials, the operation may become slow. Is it possible to speed up the response?

QIs it possible to outsource educational material production?

QIn Moodle, is it possible for administrators other than the "teacher" to evaluate participants?
It is possible. You can create a role called "teacher without editing rights." While you cannot manage things like material registration, you can perform evaluations.
QIs there a feature on the Moodle WebUI that allows administrators to freely create table format reports by picking up necessary columns from the database, as well as the ability to export in formats such as CSV?
Moodle is open source, so it can be customized and enhanced by utilizing plugins provided by third parties.

Yes, it is possible.
QHow can I prevent participants from downloading the videos they are viewing?
By registering video files with our video player plugin "HS Video", you can prevent downloads. This can also be achieved by using streaming services such as Milby.
QEvery year, we have employees watch videos during in-house training. I would like to confirm whether they have watched all the videos; is there any way to do this?
By using our video player plugin "HS Video", this can be achieved. The total playback time can be set to 100%, and it can record the percentage viewed. Additionally, it can be configured so that fast forward and rewind can only be done up to the point that has been played.

 

QI am looking for a highly secure e-learning system. How about Moodle?
Moodle is updated approximately every two months to address vulnerabilities and security issues. Additionally, major version upgrades occur roughly every three years, adding new features. Moodle is open-source software, but it is a well-maintained LMS.
