Background and Challenges Before Introducing Totara Learn

We were using another company's LMS, but the content creation features were limited.
There was no functionality to link user IDs and passwords, so it was necessary to issue IDs and passwords just for the LMS.
We were using Moodle at the university to create some content. We needed to manage training for all staff on topics such as medical safety and infection control.
We decided to implement Totara Learn, which is based on Moodle and allows for training management.
