Customer Requests
Human Science (hereinafter HS): Could you tell us about the background of the e-learning material production planning?
Alice Global (hereinafter AG): Alice Global provides a reporting system called "LifeSphere Reporter" for pharmaceutical company MRs/MSLs (sales representatives) to input/report safety information of pharmaceuticals (adverse drug events).
There was a planned implementation for a pharmaceutical company. Traditionally, we provided group training and manuals for the implementation education, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, group training became difficult, and it was necessary to create approximately 30 minutes of e-learning training content.

HS: Could you tell us how you came to contact our company?
AG: I searched the web for a company that produces e-learning materials. A pharmaceutical company had requested a simulation, and I contacted Human Science because their website had samples of simulations and a wealth of experience with major companies, which gave me a sense of security.

Key Points of the Proposal
HS: What were you looking for in an e-learning production company?
AG: First of all, it was essential to be able to respond during the short period from proposal to initiation.
Additionally, since the manual materials that fit the user's usage were not yet completed, it was necessary to create them based on the lecture.
The operational methods at the client receiving the delivery were still not established, so they had to be created based on assumptions.
During the proposal to the client, we also requested Human Science Company to attend the meeting.
The clients were not familiar with e-learning material creation, but they explained what kind of content it would be, along with the advantages and disadvantages.
The client evaluated it as "having a sense of security," and we started production based on the proposed concept.

Customer Feedback from Clients
HS: Could you share your thoughts after the project is completed?
AG: The target users this time were medical representatives who find it difficult to secure dedicated time, but the proposal that took into account user characteristics, such as a structure that allows learning during gaps in time, offline access, and PDF formats, was great.
We received inquiries from customers regarding costs, and we appreciated the flexibility in adjustments.
This was our first experience with e-learning production, but the requests for confirmation during the project were focused in a way that made it easy for us to review and respond, allowing the process to proceed smoothly.
At first, I was worried whether it would be okay since the e-learning personnel had no background knowledge in safety information management, but perhaps due to their experience and know-how, there were ultimately no issues.
We would like to use this implementation for our current client as a stepping stone to expand to other pharmaceutical companies.
