Customer Requests

Human Science (hereinafter HS): Please tell us about the background of considering e-learning.

AW Stage (hereinafter referred to as AW): Recently, with the increase in companies adopting telework and the aging of employees, there has been a rise in employee inactivity and obesity, as well as an increased risk of lifestyle-related diseases. Therefore, we were considering whether it would be possible to learn about physical health (diet, sleep, exercise) through e-learning training.

However, while the number of companies conducting mental health training as part of in-house training is increasing, there are few companies that provide training in physical health, and the management of workers' health has been considered a personal responsibility.

In such circumstances, our mission at AW Stage (honorifics omitted) is to connect employee health management to health promotion, productivity improvement, and performance enhancement. We have been providing in-house health promotion training for corporations.

We had been providing training in the form of group sessions, but the maximum number of participants in a single training session was several hundred. Most of the sessions were conducted at our Tokyo office, and there were few opportunities to offer them to regional branches.

In addition, due to the ongoing difficulties in conducting in-person training since the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020, we have decided to convert the physical training we had been considering into e-learning. (Tamura)

HS: Please tell us the reasons why you chose our company.

AW: In the process of e-learning development, we searched for outsourcing partners using the keywords "video production" and "content creation," gathering information from about five companies.

Initially, we considered the main purpose to be "creating content," but as we gathered information, we realized that video distribution requires consideration not only of video content but also of the distribution system.

Among them, Human Science also provides support for the introduction of e-learning, and I inquired with the expectation that they would offer advice on production.

For distribution, it is necessary to:
・Format it in a way that can be integrated into the learning management system (LMS) owned by the client company (SCORM)
・Provide a distribution platform
It was Human Science that could be entrusted with content production under these two conditions.

The usage fees for the distribution platform are reasonable, they have accommodated multiple meetings, provided thorough guidance each time, and my concerns about preparing e-learning have been alleviated. (Mr. Tamura)

Customer Feedback from Clients

HS: How was the project progress and the deliverables?

AW: The staff members were very supportive and provided consultation, which was reassuring and made me feel secure with their prompt responses. They communicated the production process in advance and offered suggestions for various requests.

The completed e-learning content exceeded expectations.

We have received inquiries since the release in May. We look forward to working with you again when providing cloud services (Mr. Tamura).
