Customer Requests Received

①I want to reduce the burden on the person in charge because there is no know-how for e-learning production.
②I don't want to spend time on investigation and resolution if questions arise about production.
③I want to prevent confusion among learners caused by variations in specifications during production.

FUJIFILM Service Creative Corp. supports sales activities from various angles through sales office and call center operations.
In particular, support tasks that involve direct contact with customers require knowledge about various equipment and accurate responses. Therefore, the staff in each department have been actively working on improving their skills, such as creating e-learning materials on their own.

However, due to the trial and error process, there was a significant burden in the production, and problems such as lack of unified specifications between departments began to arise. They were searching for a solution.

Therefore, we have received an inquiry about utilizing our in-house e-Learning support to promote learning and standardization of production know-how.

Points of Proposal

①Create a curriculum that explains the basic theory of e-learning production.
②Listen to customer questions and concerns during the session and reflect them in the curriculum.
③Through three reviews, provide feedback on specific improvement points and advice for standardization.

We proposed a practical curriculum using the actual manuscript that was written because we were able to directly involve the production staff.
After reviewing the manuscript in advance, it was clear what they wanted to teach and it was well incorporated with images and videos. Therefore, we decided to not only teach general theories, but also focus on learning improvement points and production tips from the current situation.

Training Content
・A session that combines general production know-how and improvement proposals for storyboards and content created by the client
・Consists of 3 sessions and 1 mid-term review, allowing participants to learn the entire process of completing e-learning
・Requests are taken into consideration and reflected in the session content for each session

- Introduction of production tools and selection points
- How to use production tools (such as loading videos)
- Design advice (such as color usage)
- Review method for completed content
- Advice on standardization of production
※Improvement proposals for storyboards and content will be implemented in all sessions

Customer Feedback

We have requested Human Science Co., Ltd. to provide production support with the aim of acquiring know-how for effective and efficient content creation in order to internally produce e-learning content suitable for our company's business.

In the session, we were taught the basic flow from planning and planning stage to content creation work in a very easy-to-understand manner. I was reminded of the importance of firmly grasping the basics such as "planning sheet" and "table of contents structure".

When it comes to content creation, we greatly appreciate your specific feedback and suggestions for improvement, which have been very educational for us.
In particular, the content was filled with valuable know-how based on your extensive experience in e-learning development, including instructional design principles, effective use of color and animation, and tips for maintaining learners' concentration. We believe that this has made the content meaningful for our learners.

We will continue to use the advice we have received to improve our content.
Thank you very much for this opportunity.

From Human Science representative

Not only did you participate in all three sessions, but you also worked on tasks such as writing, editing, and content creation simultaneously, which I believe was a great burden for you.
However, everyone was very enthusiastic and positive, with a clear goal of "creating better content".
The instructors at Human Science were also influenced by this passion, and I feel that the sessions were filled with energy.

Animations and live-action videos were actively used depending on the content of the learning material.
In particular, live-action videos are extremely effective tools for conveying information at a glance. Although they can be intimidating and often avoided, you have made a conscious effort to use them in the most appropriate places, which was impressive.

To acquire the necessary skills and know-how for e-learning production, it is most effective to not only learn the theory, but also to actually write and create.
Our instructors are all members who have been involved in production for a long time and have learned know-how through actual work.
We hope that the skills and know-how we convey through our sessions will be a helpful factor in the development of e-learning production for FUJIFILM Service Creative Corp.
