Customer Requests

We want to reduce the workload of employees involved in creating e-learning courses

Risk Monster broadly develops a business that comprehensively supports the management departments of companies, focusing on credit management cloud services and credit management consulting, as well as operating educational services and groupware services.
In the educational business, we provide employee training through e-learning and public training (online seminars) to member companies with a service called "Cybox Univ.".

At "Cybricks Univ.", we offer approximately 2,500 courses, and each year we create 200 to 300 new or revised courses.
The content is produced and revised by four in-house staff members and external partner companies, but due to the increased workload from the growing number of courses, we were considering new outsourcing partners.
Additionally, we wanted to innovate the design and presentation of the content by collaborating with new partner companies.

Key Points of the Proposal

The content planned and produced as "Cybox Univ." Originals consists of two types: rich content and simple content.
Rich content is a combination of case study animations, dialogue-style explanatory animations, and quizzes. To effectively use animations and make them easy to understand, we produce them using AnimateCC.
Simple content is content that adds narration to PowerPoint explanations. It is produced using the e-learning course creation software iSpring, keeping costs down.

First, in April 2020, you placed an order for the production of simple content as a trial to assess our capabilities and quality.

●Flow of the project from negotiation
・February 2020: Visit and estimate
・April 2020: Order placed
・May 2020: Work begins
・July 2020: Delivery

After that, you ordered rich content that extensively used animations, and you have continued to inquire about projects thereafter.

Simple Content "Portable Skills Course"

Rich Content: "Know and Benefit! Self-Efficacy Enhancement Course"

Customer Feedback from Clients

The quality exceeded expectations, and the workload for employees has been reduced.

The extent of their capabilities can only be understood by placing an actual order. Initially, I made a trial request for a smaller project, and I was satisfied with their performance in terms of quality and communication.
I am considering continuing to request your services in the next term. Additionally, I would like to expand the scope of responsibilities, allowing your team to take on some of the roles, such as direction, that our employees have handled, in order to reduce our management costs and increase the number of requests, leading to further growth in content volume. I look forward to your continued support.
