Customer Requests Received

I want to reduce the burden on employees involved in creating e-learning courses.

Riskmonster.com offers a wide range of business support services for corporate administration departments, with a focus on credit management cloud services and credit management consulting. In addition, we also operate education services and groupware services.
In our education services, we provide employee education through e-learning and public training (online seminars) to member companies through our service, "Cybax Univ."

At "Cybax Univ.", we offer approximately 2500 courses and create 200-300 new and revised courses annually.
The content is produced and revised by four employees and external partner companies, but due to the increase in the number of courses, the workload for production has become high, so we were considering a new outsourcing partner.
In addition, we also wanted to achieve innovation in the design and presentation of content by working with a new partner company.

Points of Proposal

"Cybax Univ." has two types of content: rich content and simple content.
Rich content includes case study animations, explanatory dialogue animations, and quizzes. To effectively use animations and make them easy to understand, we use AnimateCC for production.
Simple content is created by adding narration to PowerPoint explanations. We use iSpring, an e-learning course creation software, to keep costs down.

First of all, in April 2020, we received an order for the production of simple content as a trial to assess our capabilities and quality.

●Flow of Negotiations to Projects
・Visited in February 2020 and provided an estimate
・Ordered in April 2020
・Work started in May 2020
・Delivered in July 2020

Afterwards, we received an order for rich content that heavily utilizes animation, and have continued to receive requests for projects since then.

Simple Content "Portable Skill Course"

Rich Content "Useful Knowledge! Course for Improving Initiative"

Customer Feedback

We were able to reduce the workload of our employees with better than expected quality.

We won't know how capable you are until we actually place an order. We first made a trial request for a small project, and we were satisfied with the quality and communication.
We would like to continue to request your services next term as well. In addition, we would like to expand the scope of responsibilities and have your company take on some of the roles that our employees were in charge of, in order to reduce our management costs and increase the number of requests, leading to further increase in the number of contents. We look forward to your continued support.
