<Challenges before implementation>
HS: What challenges did you face during the implementation process?
Mr. Ishii: Our company was established in 2015 and we just opened a new line in 2023. We have many train drivers, but they all come from different industries. Therefore, their backgrounds are different. Many of them were not familiar with compliance and internet literacy, so we faced the challenge of unifying their knowledge in those areas.

HS: What was the reason for finding our company?
Mr. Ishii: Since our company was lacking in achievements as a new company, we mainly searched on the internet. Among them, we found your company and recognized that it had many business dealings with major companies.

Mr. Ishii: We listed about 4 companies as candidates and received explanations about estimates and contents from each of them. We comprehensively considered the content of the teaching materials and the cost, and ultimately chose your company.

<Effect after introduction>
HS: Was there any response from within the company after the introduction?
Mr. Ishii: Some of the participants in the training did not have much basic knowledge, such as the words used in the materials or how to use emails. By using the materials, I feel that their understanding has expanded from the basics.

HS: Have you found any convenient points since introducing it up to now?
Mr. Ishii: The fact that everyone can take the same course is convenient. The knowledge is unified, and by checking the management screen, you can see who has progressed to what extent, and it was easy to use. Some of the people who actually took the course said, "It's easy to understand!"
HS: Thank you very much. Did you have any criteria for selecting the course materials?
Mr. Ishii: The criteria were ease of understanding and budget. In a situation where the budget is not yet finalized, the fact that all employees can take the same course at an affordable price and unify their knowledge was the deciding factor.

Evaluation of Human Science
HS: How was the response from Human Science?
Mr. Ishii: There were no particular issues or improvement points. Since 2021, we have been directly supported and the response has been very quick and the explanations were easy to understand, which was very helpful.

<Future Outlook>
HS: Do you currently have any interests or materials you would like to work on?
Mr. Ishii: We have completed employee training and the line opened on August 26, 2023. Our drivers are also working on their duties, so we would like to consider conducting employee training again if there is an opportunity.
We are thinking about making more specific decisions in the future.
