Customer Requests

Human Science (hereinafter HS): Please tell us about the background of considering e-learning.

Valtes (hereinafter referred to as Valtes, honorifics omitted): At Valtes, we offer software quality and testing seminars for engineers. Until now, we have been conducting seminars on-site, traveling to various locations across Japan.

Due to the limited number of instructors and the difficulties in holding on-site events caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we have started considering the implementation of e-learning to increase our sales channels.

Customer Feedback from Clients

HS: Please tell us the reasons why you chose our company.

Valtes: In the process of implementing e-learning, we spoke with several e-learning service providers.
Initially, we were also considering producing content in-house while gathering information.
Among them, we inquired with Human Science, expecting that they would provide support for e-learning implementation and offer advice on production.
The point that led us to choose Human Science was their ability to achieve "machine-generated voice".
To maintain stable voice quality while eliminating personal elements, we decided to use machine-generated voice.
We reviewed samples from various companies, but the machine-generated voice proposed by Human Science was natural and closely aligned with what we were aiming for.

HS: How was the response after the e-learning release?

Valtes: We started recruiting for e-learning test preparation in December 2020.
We also conducted a campaign, and over 200 people have used it in total.
We conducted a participant survey, and there was no rejection towards the machine voice, which was good.

HS: Could you please share your feedback on our company's response and the materials produced?

Valtes: Based on the PowerPoint we prepared, you created the narration files and synchronized the timing, but midway through the project, it became necessary to completely replace about 200 slides of the PowerPoint.

It required significant revisions, but I was glad that you were able to respond flexibly.

The quality was stable in terms of machine voice and overall quality as well.

E-learning was a first attempt and was positioned as a trial, but I have gained confidence that e-learning can be utilized as one of the services in the future.
