Customer Requests

①I want to reduce the burden on the person in charge because there is no know-how for e-learning production.
②I do not want to spend time investigating and resolving questions that arise regarding production.
③I want to prevent confusion among learners caused by producing with inconsistencies in specifications.

Fujifilm Service Creative Co., Ltd. supports sales activities from various angles through sales administration and call center operations.
In particular, support operations that serve as points of contact with customers require extensive knowledge of various equipment and accurate responses. Therefore, personnel in each department have been actively engaged in efforts to improve their skills, such as creating e-learning materials themselves.

However, due to being in a state of uncertainty, the burden of production was significant, and issues such as the lack of standardization in specifications between departments began to emerge, prompting the search for solutions.

We received an inquiry about utilizing our in-house e-learning support to promote the learning and standardization of production know-how.

Key Points of the Proposal

①Create a curriculum that understands the basic theory of e-learning production
②Hear customer questions and concerns during the session and reflect them in the curriculum
③Through a total of three reviews, provide feedback on specific improvement points and advice for standardization

Since the person in charge of production will be able to participate directly, we proposed a practical curriculum using the actual manuscript that was written.
Upon reviewing the manuscript in advance, it was clear what needed to be taught, and images and videos were well incorporated. Therefore, we decided on a policy to learn not only general theories but also points for improvement from the current situation and tips for production.

Training Content
・A two-part session covering general production know-how and improvement suggestions for the storyboards and content created by the person in charge
・The content is designed to allow learning of the entire process to complete the e-learning through a total of 3 sessions plus 1 interim review
・We will listen to your requests in each session and reflect them in the session content as appropriate

- Consideration of table of contents structure, basic storyboard creation
- Introduction to production tools and selection points
- How to use production tools (e.g., how to load videos)
- Design advice (e.g., how to use colors)
- Review methods for completed content
- Advice on standardization of production
* Improvement proposals for storyboards and content will be implemented in all sessions

Customer Feedback from Clients

We requested production support from Human Science to acquire the know-how for effective and efficient content creation in order to develop in-house e-learning content suitable for our business operations.

The session provided a very clear understanding of the basic flow from the planning and design stage to the content production work. I was reminded of the importance of firmly grasping the basics, such as the "planning sheet" and "table of contents structure."

Regarding content production, I learned a lot from the specific points of improvement you pointed out.
In particular, the rich content based on extensive e-learning development experience, including the concepts of instructional design, effective use of colors and animations, and tips and tricks to maintain learners' concentration, made it meaningful for the participants.

We would like to utilize the advice we have received to enhance our content in the future.
Thank you very much for this time.

From Human Science representatives

Not only did you participate in all three sessions, but you also worked on tasks such as writing and revising manuscripts and content creation, which I believe placed a significant burden on your team.
However, everyone was very enthusiastic and positive, with a clear goal of "creating better content."
The instructors from Human Science were also influenced by that enthusiasm, and I feel that it resulted in engaging sessions.

Animations and live-action videos were actively utilized according to the learning content.
In particular, live-action videos are a very effective tool for conveying messages at a glance. Although they are often seen as high-threshold and avoided, I was impressed by the careful consideration of their optimal use in necessary areas.

To acquire the skills and know-how necessary for e-learning production, it is most effective not only to learn the theory but also to actually write and create.
Our instructors are all members who have been involved in production for a long time and have learned know-how through actual work.
We hope that the skills and know-how conveyed through the sessions will contribute to the development of e-learning production at Fujifilm Service Creative Corporation.
