Compliant with the 2022 Revised Childcare and Family Care Leave Law. Renewed e-learning materials for maternity harassment measures.
Human Science Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku, Tokyo: President and CEO Tsuyoshi Kumazawa) has renewed the e-learning material "STOP! Matahara - For Creating a Comfortable Workplace -" in accordance with the revised Child Care and Family Care Leave Law of 2022, on June 14, 2022.
The revised Child Care and Family Care Leave Act has been gradually enforced since April 2022.
Under this law, measures to create a workplace environment that makes it easier to take child care leave have been mandated, one of which is the implementation of training related to child care leave and postnatal paternity leave.
To make it easier for all employees, regardless of gender, to take child care leave and postnatal paternity leave, it is required that all employees acquire the correct knowledge and change their awareness.
Therefore, in the renewal of this educational material, we will explain the split acquisition of child care leave and postnatal paternity leave (child care leave at the time of birth) that will be gradually enforced from April to October 2022, as well as provide the latest information on systems related to childbirth and child-rearing, starting from the basic knowledge of maternity harassment.
