QWhat is the difference from other LMS?: Other LMS, especially those for enterprise companies, often have high operational costs such as licensing fees in exchange for being multifunctional and versatile. Additionally, they frequently face challenges in accommodating feature additions or customizations tailored to the customer's objectives, uses, and operational forms. However, Totara Learn is based on open-source LMS, allowing it to offer enterprise-level features at a low cost while being flexible in accommodating feature additions and customizations.

QCan blended learning with group training be registered?: Yes. You can register learning programs that combine various learning contents, including e-learning and group training, as well as tests, surveys, discussions, assignment submissions, and material presentations.

QCan I take the course on my smartphone or tablet?: Yes. Totara Learn adopts a responsive design, allowing for optimized display on each device.
Additionally, you can also use the app.

QCan video content be used?: Yes. In addition to various video content being available, integration with web conferencing tools is also possible.

QCan you use languages other than Japanese?: Yes. We support 36 languages including Japanese and English.

QCan you accommodate feature additions and customizations?: Yes. Leveraging our experience in the implementation and operation of LMS, we will propose and respond to additional features and customizations tailored to our clients' objectives, goals, and operational content.

QWhat happens to the subscription fee if the number of employees increases during the annual contract?: The subscription cost for Totara Learn is determined by the number of registered users. If there is an increase or decrease within the current contract scope, the subscription cost will not change. Please contact us for cases that exceed or decrease the scope.

QCan I install and set up Totara Learn by myself?: The installation and initial setup of Totara Learn will be provided through a Totara partner.

QCan you also assist with the migration work from the existing LMS?: Yes. We will handle data migration from the existing LMS, the transfer of educational content, and adjustments or changes tailored to your operations. Please contact us for more details.

QWill the subscription fee be charged in dollars?: Payments will be made in yen based on our specified conversion rate, using the exchange rate at the time of commencement.
