To create a good education, it is necessary to clearly define the purpose of education and create it (and share it among creators) after understanding it.
Then, a plan is made including the human and technical aspects, such as who, for whom, and how to provide what kind of content. Such "planning" and "design" are the most important processes in providing education.
(Learners need to carefully consider how to achieve the purpose (or learning objectives) of education.)

In addition, the purpose should originally be linked to business goals (solving and achieving business challenges), and based on that, learning objectives should be set and education should be planned and designed so that learners can put what they have learned into practice ("action") after learning. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to reconsider whether e-learning or group training is appropriate after identifying the purpose and objectives.
At the same time, a detailed plan and design are necessary to determine how to take action.

The purpose of education implementation is not "provision" but "goal achievement". This is a challenge that we as education providers must always keep in mind.
