The "Human Capital" event, hosted by Nikkei Inc. and Nikkei BP, has been the largest event in the HR industry since its inaugural event in 2000, gathering solutions and services related to the "people" that support corporate growth and providing the latest information.
This year, it will be held from June 28 (Wednesday) to June 30 (Friday) at the Tokyo International Forum (Yurakucho), featuring approximately 170 company booths in conjunction with the concurrently held Learning Innovation 2017, attracting around 20,000 attendees.

Every year, our company has participated in the concurrently held Learning Innovation event, but this year we made our debut at the Human Capital event, which aligns with our newly launched services. With the main theme of "Activating People and Organizations," we introduced our services including surveys, group training, and e-learning. We were fortunate to have many customers visit us and provide valuable feedback.
Among them, the e-learning materials for survey responses, which we also introduced in a previous blog (Customizable! Original teaching materials provided in manuscript form), garnered strong interest.

During the event, approximately 150 seminars/theaters were held on themes such as the government-led "Work Style Reform," management strategies, human resources, and talent development.
Our company presented our initiatives and service introductions at two open theaters. The first focused on individual and organizational motivation, showcasing a case study from our new business launch. The second introduced a new service for training prospective and new employees that incorporates flipped learning.
Both sessions were so successful that there were even standing attendees, and we felt a strong sense of achievement.
