I take the course because I was told to "do it."
Such education is often seen, especially in e-learning. If this is the case, even if time is taken to attend the course, won't it be quickly forgotten?
The same can be observed on the side providing education. I create it because I was told to "make it." This way, good education and materials cannot be produced.

    Clarification of Purpose

To create good education, it is necessary to clarify the purpose of education and create it with that understanding (and further share it among the creators).
On top of that, we will plan how to provide content, including who, for whom, and what kind of content, as well as the human and technical aspects. Such "planning" and "design" are the most important processes in providing education.
(It is essential to carefully consider how participants can achieve the purpose of education (or learning objectives).)

Learning objectives to achieve the goals

Furthermore, the purpose should originally be linked to the business goals (solving and achieving business challenges), and by setting learning objectives based on that, and planning and designing education, participants can practice what they have learned after the training ("action"). To achieve this, after identifying the purpose and objectives, it is necessary to reconsider whether e-learning is appropriate or if group training is more suitable.
At the same time, careful planning and design are required to determine how to encourage action.

    Finally

The purpose of education implementation is not "provision" but "achievement of goals." This is a challenge that we, as education providers, must always keep in mind.
We also hold seminars to convey points on the planning and design of education and teaching materials.
