First, we will introduce the basic steps to create a video with Vyond Go. First, enter the prompt (instruction text) and select the video's atmosphere, format, layout, and location from the options menu. By clicking the generate button, the video and script will be created in just a few seconds. You can use quick editing to make adjustments on the spot, and further customize it for a more professional look.

To utilize text-based AI tools, prompts (instructions) are key. When you try creating video scripts with AI tools like ChatGPT, you will find that they are quite excellent. To create even better prompts, it seems necessary to add a considerable amount of detailed information.

With Vyond Go (utilizing ChatGPT), you can not only set prompts (instructions) but also configure the atmosphere of the video, allowing you to streamline and simplify the generation process.

①Input of Topic (Prompt) Instructions

The prompts (instructions) entered in the Topic field directly affect the generated video. The prompts entered in Vyond Go are divided into two categories.

1. Enter an overview and use AI to output results based on its vast learning data.
2. If there are specific details you want to include in the video (such as key points or steps), input them as instructions along with the overview.

In any case, entering at least 100 characters in the prompt will yield good results.

Hint:

・Languages Used: Input is possible in Japanese. To have the output results in Japanese, you must be a Professional or Enterprise user (you can choose from over 70 other languages).

・Length:You can enter up to 4,000 characters. However, if the prompt becomes lengthy and the text becomes complex, the quality of the results may decrease.

・Document Structure：Structured prompts lead to better output.
Example: "Based on the following text, I will create an L&D video: (I will provide specific information in the video, such as in bullet points)."

・Length: Specifying the length in the prompt (e.g., "create a 60-second video") does not work yet. However, including a long story in the prompt will result in a longer video.

・Verified Data: If there are statistics or facts related to the content, input them into the prompt. This reduces the likelihood of the AI retrieving unverified internet statistics (or fabricating something).

・Editing and Verification: Please ensure to check the generated content (whether it is accurate information, appropriate level for the participants, etc.).

②Setting the Vibe

The choice of Vibe affects the BGM, the character's personality, and the way they speak.
The four Vibes lead to the following results.

Hint:

・Randomly arranged from the unique BGM list set for each Vibe. If you want to use a different track, you can change it at any time in the editing screen.

・Please ensure that the content of the prompt (instruction) entered in the Topic field matches the atmosphere set in Vibe. For example, if you include specific information about organizational changes in the prompt, selecting "Playful" will likely not yield the expected results.

・On the other hand, if a very short prompt is entered, the generated video will depend on the selected Vibe. Therefore, if the Vibe is set to "Casual" and a simple prompt like "Organizational Change" is entered, the result will be something like, "Hey everyone! We have exciting news about our company!"

③Setting the Format

At the time of writing this article, there are seven options for Format. In any format, you can choose between a monologue by one character or a conversation between two characters in the next setting item, Layout.
Here, we summarize the overview of each Format and the content that should be included in the Topic field (prompt) to achieve good results.

・The prompt (instruction) entered in the Topic field is detailed to specify the requirements in the Format field. For example, when creating a video about a product launch, if you select "Announcement," include the date and time, product details, and contact information. Additionally, if you select "How-to," please include details of the process or steps being explained.

・When you enter a very common prompt like "bird", refer to the settings in the Format field to see what kind of content will be generated for the video. For example, generating "bird" with "Anecdote" will create a personal story related to birds. In the case of "Debate", it will discuss the pros and cons of how birds are remarkable creatures with amazing abilities.

④Layout Settings

As of the time of writing this document, the options for Layout are the following two.

‐ Conversation: A conversation between two people
‐ Talking head: One person speaks to the audience

The content of the Topic field (prompt) is not affected by this setting.
As of the time of writing, a total of 55 layouts are available, and new layouts will be added sequentially.

Hint:

・At this time, it is not possible to specify settings such as screen backgrounds in the topic field (prompt).
・After generating a video with Vyond Go, various changes can be made, such as setting different backgrounds by editing the video.

・Length of the Topic Field (Prompt):

・Number of Characters:
Specifying the number of characters appearing in the prompt is currently not reflected.

・Presenting Facts:
If there are actual statistics or facts, please include them in the prompt. This can reduce the likelihood of the AI retrieving unverified internet information (or fabricating something).

・Aligning Points with Format and Vibe:
When including specific points in the prompt, pay attention to the type of Format and Vibe you choose. For example, when creating a video about a product launch, if you select "Announcement," include the date, time, product details, and contact information. ・Settings such as Format are utilized to supplement the prompt:
