The declaration fee is 1 case per video, and each case costs $99. Even for short videos that are only about 10 seconds long, you still need to declare it as 1 case regardless of the length of the video.

- A. No. Even if the same creator and transferee are involved, one declaration is required per file.
- QWhat are the penalties for not reporting or paying fees?
- A. We may charge a license fee that matches the actual situation or freeze your account.

- QDo both the creator and the transferee need to declare "transfer" even if they both hold a Vyond license?
- A. Yes, it is necessary. Even if the video creator and the transferee have separate accounts, if the creator produces an animated video with their own VYOND license, the "commercial rights" of that video will belong to the creator. Therefore, if it is provided to a third party, a transfer declaration and transfer fee payment are required.
However, exchanges between multiple sheets within the same contract (Professional plan or higher) are exempt.
- QCan I transfer the editing rights (material data) of videos to a third party?
- A. Yes. It is possible if the video creator has a contract for the Agency plan and the transferee has a contract for Vyond's license. Only the right to use the video (commercial rights) can be transferred for plans other than the Agency plan.
- QHave you previously delivered a video created with Vyond and completed the "transfer" declaration and payment of transfer fees, but later found that some modifications were necessary and had to be edited by the original creator? If you deliver the revised version again, do you need to make a new declaration and pay the fees again?
- A. Within 90 days from the transfer of commercial rights, it is possible to make modifications and redeliver without having to reapply. After 90 days, the editing screen will be locked and editing will not be possible.
- QIs it necessary to declare "transfer" when distributing animation for in-house training to group companies or creating videos to promote our own services and products and publishing them on our website?

- A. Yes. The video created by the customer will be granted a perpetual license for the customer's own commercial use, reproduction, display, execution, and distribution.
