① Custom Assets

This is a new service that was released in the summer of 2024 (as of July, when this article was written, it has not been officially released yet).
We will provide completely original characters, clothing, backgrounds, etc. as follows.

Creating Original Characters
Vyond creates characters by combining pre-made features such as eyes, nose, and mouth, but by requesting Custom Assets, you can create your own original characters (such as characters resembling specific individuals). This allows for flexible requests regardless of traditional character design, making it possible to request creation in different styles.

Creating Original Clothing and Objects
If you want to dress your employees in company uniforms, you can request the creation of uniforms with your company logo. The created clothing can be worn and moved by Vyond characters as usual. You can also request the creation of various objects (Props) including your company's products.

Creating Original Backgrounds
You can request to create your own company's headquarters building or factory as background material or scene (background + set with small items). Also, by requesting the creation of scene samples using color schemes that match the brand guidelines, you can easily create animations that are in line with your brand.

●IP Whitelist
Prevents login from IP addresses not registered on the whitelist and allows access only from trusted connections.

Defines the period in which data is cached on AWS servers.

③ Enterprise Trial (Company Trial)

The Enterprise trial has the following features:

Extended Free Trial Period
The trial period for Enterprise has been extended to 30 days (14 days for non-Enterprise contracts). You can use it for a longer period than the normal contract.

Additional Contract Information for Existing Organizations
If someone from the same domain (with the same @) searches for Vyond and shows interest, it is possible to display information about an existing Enterprise contract within the company or to show information about an additional contract (this setting can be customized or changed to not be displayed, if desired).

④Brand Management Suite

Various functions are incorporated to manage the brand.

Public Approval
Administrators can request an approval process for animations created by editors. If this setting is enabled, the created video cannot generate public files such as MP4 until it is approved by the approver.

Watermark
Administrators can request editors to set any watermark. By setting things like company logos, it contributes to branding and asset value.

Brand Material Collection
You can create, store, and share materials that follow your company's brand guidelines. Editors can easily create animations that adhere to the brand guidelines using this material collection.

Color Shuffle
You can create a color palette that follows your company's brand guidelines. This color palette can be applied to scenes and objects, making it easy to create animations that adhere to the brand guidelines. Additionally, you can create animations with various color patterns.

⑤Shared Space

By using shared spaces, the following becomes possible.
●Global project management - Videos, folders within the space, and hierarchy are displayed the same way throughout the organization, making project management extremely easy.
●Secure management for teams and third parties - Teams, third parties, and contractors can access only the necessary materials while protecting your confidential information.
